Assistant Manager (HR&A)

• Graduation in any discipline +
• MBA/MPM/MHRM (2 years full-time) with specialization in Personnel Management/HR OR a 2-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/HR from a UGC/AICTE approved institute.

Assistant Manager (F&A)

• Graduation in any discipline +
• Passed Final Examination from ICAI (CA) or ICWAI (CMA) OR MBA (2 years full-time) with a major in Finance from a UGC/AICTE approved institute.

Junior Engineer (Electrical) Gr-II

• Full-Time 3 years’ Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by the WBSCT&VE&SD.

Important Note: All candidates must be able to read, speak, and write in Bengali/Nepali. Domicile of West Bengal is mandatory.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Assistant Manager (HR&A/F&A): ₹56,100 – ₹1,60,500/- (Level-08)
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): ₹36,800 – ₹1,06,700/- (Level-06)
