Eligibility Criteria for BPSC HOD Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

For Engineering Departments:

• Option 1: Ph.D. in the relevant engineering branch AND First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the same branch.
• Option 2: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in the relevant engineering branch.

For Library & Information Science:

• Option 1: Ph.D. in Library and Information Science AND First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• Option 2: Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Library and Information Science.

Experience Required

Option A:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry.
• At least 2 years must be post-Ph.D. experience at the level of Lecturer (Selection Grade-I).

Option B:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry.
• At least 3 years must be at the level of Lecturer (Selection Grade-II).
