• Desirable: Computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level).
• Pay Scale: Level-07 (₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400)

Data Entry Operator (DEO)

• Education: Intermediate (10+2) passed.
• Skills: Typing speed of 8000 key-depressions per hour.
• Desirable: ADCA or computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level).
• Pay Scale: Level-04 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100)

Lower Division Clerk (LDC)

• Education: Intermediate (10+2) passed.
• Skills: Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
• Desirable: Computer certificate from AICTE/DOEACC/NIELIT (‘O’ Level).
• Pay Scale: Level-02 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)

Stenographer

• Education: Graduate Degree.
• Skills: Hindi Stenography speed of 80 w.p.m. and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 w.p.m.
