1. Domicile: Must be a resident of Bihar.
2. Education: Enrolled in a Post Matric class.
3. Category: Belong to Backward Class (BC) or Extremely Backward Class (EBC).
4. Income Limit: Family income must not exceed ₹3,00,000 annually.
5. Institution: Must be studying in a Central/State-recognized institution.
6. Restrictions:
   • Cannot receive a scholarship for the same course twice.
   • Must not hold any scholarship from another scheme.
