Students who belong to BC or EBC categories, are residents of Bihar, and are studying in a recognized post-matric institution with an annual family income below ₹3,00,000 are eligible.

No, there is no application fee for any category.
4. Can I apply if I am already receiving another scholarship?
No, candidates who are already availing of a scholarship from another scheme are not eligible.
