Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be an Indian National.
• Educational Qualification: Matriculation (10th Class Pass) or an equivalent certificate from a recognized Board.

• Special Security Allowance: 20% of Basic Pay

Selection Process : ib mts recruitment 2025

1. Tier-I (Objective Online Exam):
   • This is the main exam for final merit.
   • Subjects: General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical/Analytical Reasoning, and English Language.
   • Marks: 100 questions, 1 mark each. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
2. Tier-II (Descriptive Test):
   • This is a qualifying test only.
   • It will assess English writing skills (Paragraph, Vocabulary, Grammar).
   • You need to score a minimum of 20 out of 50 marks to qualify.
